We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the ColonyIQ Service
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Improve and develop new features
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information or beekeeping data to any third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

4. Cookies

ColonyIQ uses essential cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ColonyIQ:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — web hosting
• Resend — transactional email (password resets, notifications)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your beekeeping data
